Utilizing our accumulated compound technology, we offer solutions for materials and their combination to meet customers’ needs. We have a prototype high-function twin screw extruder (TEX 30α) which can help develop any kind of resin compound and masterbatch, including high-temperature resin, high-dispersion fillers, and combinations of additives to suit the customers’ application. We also conduct evaluation testing of compounds, including producing test specimens and conducting physical property tests. Our compound plants are situated in Hiroshima (Asahitechno Industries Co., Ltd.), Yamaguchi (Yamago Kasei Industries Co., Ltd.), and Bangkok, Thailand, and they supply various compounds to Japan, ASEAN and other Asian countries.
